*Follow these Rules and Regulations if you are a member of Philippine Otaku Society
1. Double Identity or cloning is forbidden.
2. False profile is also forbidden, as much as possible tell the truth about yourself.
3. Be active at least try to communicate to other members and officers in any means of contact (i.e. email, facebook, skype, cp, etc.)
4. Don't give the member's and officer's profile and numbers to Non-P.O.S members.
5. Avoid any bad words, porno, malicious, obscene or disgusting words to any P.O.S. members and officers. Respecting others is important.
6. Official activities must be participated by members.
7. No changing of nicknames. This is your trademark in the clan. So changing nicknames are forbidden.
8. When changing cellphone numbers, home address or email address, report immediately to any of the officers so that we can update your profile.
9. If you want to be inactive for a while (focus first on study, work, problems etc.) ask for the guidance of the officers before taking actions like quitting or so.
10. For problems and questions just ask us officers (AyaFreya, Ran, Belldandy)
Following rules is not that hard, right?
*WHEN PLANNING TO QUIT
-Inform to any of the officers your decision and reason.
-Once quit, all of your connections to P.O.S will be cut-off immediately.
-Your chosen nick will be available again to the future passers to come.
NOTE:If ever you want to return again, you must inform us your reason why. But it will take time for you to return depending on the records you have with us.
We have a policy that: "Everyone has a right to be given a 2nd chance, but 3rd or more is too much." So choose wisely before quitting.
*OFFENSES AND PENALTIES
-If ever you break any law of P.O.S, a provided penalty will be given depending on what you have done.
1st warning- We will notify you a warning not to do it anymore personally. This will be talked in s private matter.
2nd warning- A specific penalty will be given either GT OFF for a while, be kicked or banned depending on what the officers agreed to.
You are forbidden to:
-recruit P.O.S members to your created clan or any clan you are on that is related to anime.
-creating a clan inside P.O.S
-Having 2 or more partner relationship. (We don't care less if its a Yuri or Yaoi relationship. We respect that but have a decent relationship not a KARIR!)
-Being inactive for more than 6months without contacting any of us. (We wont hesitate to remove you from the Master List.)
