Contact Number (Globe, Sun or Smart)
Referral (who or how did you know about P.O.S)
Date you register
NOTE: If you submit an incomplete information, we will not accommodate you.
2. Only the 3 of us (officers) have the right to accept registrants.
We will not acknowledge those that did not passed thru our test.

NOTE: Please consider 2 weeks if you are a registrant thru email. Those that register thru cellphones are accommodated right away.
